d.quarks make every company’s digital transformation a success!
d.quarks – the book
Quarks are the building blocks of all matter. And a business’s digital transformation can likewise be broken down into elementary particles, or building blocks, called d.quarks. They represent the skills a company needs to design, generate and communicate digital value creation, always keeping in mind factors such as the organization, people and competences, processes and technologies.
Carsten Hentrich and Michael Pachmajer identified each of the d.quarks and described them here for the first time in a coherent model. They use realistic case studies to show how d.quarks benefit businesses that are going digital.
