Carsten Hentrich and Michael Pachmajer have both worked in international consultancy firms as well as at traditional companies. Thanks to their collective knowledge and experience, they know how to link technology, digital business models and company transformations. Michael Pachmajer has the digital touch. For years he has been helping companies transition successfully into the digital age. Today he is a director at PwC’s Consulting practice, where he is in charge of digital transformation for family-run businesses and middle-market companies. With eight years in the industry under his belt, Michael Pachmajer has amassed over 11 years of experience in management and technological consulting. Before joining the PwC team, he held various consulting, sales and management positions at Infosys, Accenture and T-Systems. He has authored one book and lectures on digital transformation and mobile business at his alma mater, Goethe University Frankfurt, from which he earned a degree in geography.

Dr Carsten Hentrich is no stranger to digital transformations: he has guided many companies transitioning into the digital age in the last few years, and now he is a director at PwC’s Consulting practice, where he is in charge of digital transformation for family-run businesses and middle-market companies. Carsten Hentrich’s consulting career spans over 16 years and various industries. He has held positions at Infosys, CSC, IBM, EDS and AT Kearney. He has written a number of books and is also a lecturer on digital transformation and mobile business at Goethe University Frankfurt. He earned an MSc (Dist) in software engineering from Oxford University and a PhD in business information management from Westminster Business School in London. While earning those degrees, he also completed various management courses offered by Harvard Business School.
